For truly exceptional wear life, we recommend Armacarb. Tungsten Carbide tiles inserted into 55 RC hardened boron parts provide the ultimate solution in extreme, abrasive conditions. Increases wear life by six to ten times. We use high temperature resistant braze and heat treat the entire component after the tiles are fitted, ensuring that hardness of the parent metal is not compromised. Inserts are available in a range of sizes – even the smallest blades can be produced.
